SHIPPING QUESTIONS

For our Artwork Freedoms takes excellent care to ensure the safety and quality of our artwork before shipment. Our frames are custom-made, so we appreciate your patience as they’re prepared for you. Generally, while we strive to ship in a shorter timeline, please allow up to four weeks from your order date to receive your shipping notification.


If applicable, a certificate of authenticity is included with each artwork. Please exercise caution when opening and unpacking your artwork. For added protection during handling, we will provide enclosed gloves for you to use with unframed prints and sculptural works.


For all items if you require express shipping, please contact us directly, and we'll make the necessary arrangements. Typically, most shipments are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.


WHAT IF I AM SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?

For all international orders, customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes, including VAT fees. These duties and taxes are separate from the shipping and handling costs and are the recipient's responsibility.

As part of our shipping policy, we correctly code all shipments for customs inspection, considering the specific nature of the piece you ordered. The declared value is based on the amount you paid for the item. Regrettably, we are unable to mark your shipment as a gift.


WHAT TO DO FOR LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?

Our team is here to support you if any issues arise during shipping or delivery. Please contact us to help guide you at shop@forfreedoms.org should any problems occur during shipping or delivery. We strive to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours during business hours, Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time, and we will gladly assist you.

*Please note if there is damage to artwork we must have images so we can submit an insurance claim. Please take and send photos of the damaged items in the original packaging within 2 business days of receiving your package.

WHAT IF I HAVE A RETURN? OR HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

Once your parcel arrives, you have 14 days to inform us if you are unsatisfied and want a refund. Please email us at shop@forfreedoms.org for any assistance.

To process a refund, the item must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying documentation, including the Certificate of Authenticity, where applicable.

Please contact us to submit a request for a return shipment of any nature. We will work with you to arrange for a safe and smooth return process and send you a return shipping label. If you do not contact us to request a return, your package may not be eligible for a refund.

Upon receiving the item in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 days to reflect in your account.

For International orders, kindly note that we cannot refund any VAT or import charges. In some cases, you can reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities.

*Please note that a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges and fees will be deducted from the refund for all returns of artwork.
